The Christian life is not about a list of do’s and don’ts, but is about God working in our hearts, by His Spirit, to bring us to faith in Jesus Christ. As we continue to live out our faith, God continues to work in our hearts by His Spirit to produce Christlikeness, or the fruit of the Spirit in our lives.
Today as we look at Proverbs 14:29, we will see that by His Spirit, God makes us patient people to imitate His loving patience to others. Patience is a virtue that we bestow on others because of His loving patience with us.
