Adults
Sunday School
Sunday mornings, 9:45-10:45 (September to May)
Currently, we have Small Groups meeting during the Sunday School hour. There is a Sunday Small Group that is available for those not in a group or whose group meets on a different day. This group uses video and discussion curriculum by contemporary authors. All are welcome.
Small Groups
Various times/days
The majority of our Immanuel family are members of a small group. These groups determine their own meeting schedule, however the majority meet weekly between the two Sunday morning worship services. The groups involve themselves in a variety of service ministries, fellowship activities, mutual support and spiritual development through Bible study. New groups are formed as needed. Sign up in the Family Life Center.

Our Drama Ministry is open to all those who enjoy acting, readers’ theater, set design, lighting, and props. This group is often called upon by the Worship Planning Team to provide a short skit, or a Readers’ Theater for special services, or as an introduction to a sermon series. Examples of programs this group has participated in include skits for sermon series such as “What Not to Wear,” and “Myth Busters,” and Readers’ Theater for Maundy Thursday, and Christmas Eve services. If you are interested in being a part of this drama ministry, please contact Sally Folkringa (office@icrclansing.org), or Karla Ter Haar.

Practices are held weekly for several months before each dance will be presented. This program involves full body movements, and some more complicated dance steps. Rehearsals involve dance practice, with an emphasis on fellowship and spiritual growth. To learn more, please contact our Director of Music & Dance Ministries, Abbie Matthews at abbie@icrclansing.org.
